Accepted abstracts have been selected for poster, oral or rapid oral presentation and will be published on the conference app and in the poster gallery below.
Categories and Themes
Abstracts for consideration of an oral or poster presentation will be presented and displayed under the categories of clinical or scientific papers under the following research themes:

Early melanoma

Advanced melanoma

Prevention, risk and clinical detection of melanoma

Supportive care and survivorship

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

The person submitting the abstract must be one of the authors.

Authors should indicate whether their presentation preference is oral or poster. The Scientific Organising Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.

To ensure inclusion in the final program, all presenting authors must have registered as a delegate and pay for the conference by the author registration deadline of 15 August 2024.

Presenting authors selected for oral presentation will receive Speaker Guidelines at a later date.

E-posters must be provided to the AMC2024 Organising Committee in PDF format prior to the conference. Poster Presentation Guidelines will be provided to authors at a later date.

The submitting author is responsible for the accurate submission of the abstract.
REVIEW & SELECTION
Formal review of all submissions were conducted by the Scientific Organising Committee in July 2024. Notification of acceptance has been sent via email to the submitting author. Acceptance or otherwise is at the discretion of the Scientific Review Group whose decision is final. All presenting authors must have registered and paid to attend the Conference by 15 August 2024.
The conference is hosted by Melanoma Institute Australia – a non-profit organisation dedicated to preventing and curing melanoma through innovative, world-class research, treatment and education programs.
Our mission is zero deaths from melanoma this decade.
